BRIGID's BUTTERMIIK BREAD



For years Brigid has been making BUTTERMILK BREAD for guests at the dinner table and at braais. 
   1   Dead easy and simple to make! For the best outcome preheat the oven to 180 Celcius (356 Fahrenheit) 
2   Mix Brigid's mixture with 500 ml buttermilk at room temperature and stir to form a stiff batter
3  Bake for 60 mins in a lightly greased pan at 180 Celcius (356 Fahrenheit)
4  Serve sliced and warm with butter for a delicious treat
INGREDIENTS - wheat flour, bicarbonate, salt, nuts, herbs and spices, gluten 
FLAVOURS - Nutty Wheat or Olive and Rosemary
SUITABLE FOR DIABETICS AND VEGETARIANS
